• Bending: Expert shaping of metal with Numeric Controlled (NC) machines, accommodating lengths up to 6000mm and thicknesses up to 3mm Steel.
• Cut to Length: Efficient processing of coils into specific sheet lengths.
• Slitting & Blanking: Specialised metal coil roll slitting & blanking service in Cape Town, with capacities for various materials and thicknesses (0.4mm – 2.0mm) and slit/coil widths from 100mm – 1220mm, including recoiling and Polifilm application.
• CNC Cutting Services: Our CNC Router Cutting arm, ALUCUT, offers precision cutting of Aluminium and non-ferrous metals for intricate designs, including decorative screens, lamps, and fencing.
